Chocolate molds are awesome. Really they are. They like to play with everyone!
Whether you are crafty or not, here is a treat anyone can make!
Now grab a handful of peanuts, pop a few into your mouth and put a few into each cavity of the chocolate mold.
Melt your favorite chocolate in the microwave (my preference over a double boiler), and spoon a little chocolate on top off all the peanuts.
I forgot to snap a picture of this part, but tap, tap, tap the mold on the counter to get the chocolate down into all the nooks and crannies of peanuts. Then put in the fridge for about 15 minutes. If you are dying to put them in your mouth, you can put them in the freezer to harden faster!!
Once they are cooled, flip the mold upside down and tap on the counter gently. The peanut clusters will pop right out!
Now the best part… sample. Oh, and share a few with your friends!
Want to get fancy, drizzle with melted caramel.
Or instead of peanuts use raisins, coconut, dried fruit or whatever suites your fancy!
