Eagle Scout Edible Cupcake Toppers

Edible paper has 12, 2 inch circles, perfect size for cupcakes. These are not pre-cut. Use scissor or circle punch to cut them out. Instructions for applying the image will be included, but easy as peeling off the backing and placing on your smoothed icing or fondant.
